Tempo, Timing & Rhythm for a proper golf swing by Loco4Golf Pro Gary Balliet

Drill #1--Relax the upper body, hands and arm drill (Tug and Pull until the upper body relaxes) Drill #2--Waggle--movement creates relaxation Drill #3--Try the mondra- "Practice Swing" -Obey the sound, like dancing to the music. Drill #4-- The first (1st) swing should never be the real swing -hit the ball on the third swing (take minimum of 2 previous practice swings)
